... otherwise referred to as "emulsion" bleeds, or the "emulsion package"... Top bleeds located at float/fuel level, centered pretty much inline with the bottom of the accelerator pump passage: Lower bleeds located approximately 7/16" below the top bleeds: All four bleeds most usually originally sized at 0.028". The bleed size itself is actually down inside of the bigger visible drillings.

As for the "new and improved", too many and too much over-emulsified metering blocks... the following is my opinion on what to do with them to correct their general dysfunction. I'll go into the frequently observed general dysfunction aspects elsewhere on the site... Whether they are 3, 4, or 5 or more bleeds per barrel, the above post's locations and size should be established, and all other bleeds blocked.
