Original on a very rare 1972 R-Code Ford Mustang MaCh 1 with a 351 Cleveland HO.... an oddball Ford 4-barrel, and a first for me... Told that it couldn't be made to idle... WAY too open primary throttle plates... a clue... Long story, short... these filter screens, if installed pushed down too far, block the primary idle feed restrictions... Primary idle feed restrictions... Filter screens installed like on the left, cures all of the "it won't idle" nonsense... Ready to rip. Refurbished and "re-curved" it's distributor too. The MaCh 1 runs nice now. .
