Pretty straightforward refurbishing and modifying build of a 750 double pumper... Metering block idle/main well cup plugs all removed for a proper cleaning... Primary PVCRs (power valve channel restrictions) and IFRs (idle feed restrictions) holes tapped for adjustable restrictions to be added... ... but this carburetor had an issue that I found, where, maybe right from Holley, or by somebody previously, one of the horizontal passages in the main body that leads to a transfer slot... somebody was too forceful with the drilling, and broke out into the throttle bore... that right there was no doubt a functional issue with this carburetor... Threads cut for adjustable primary idle air bleeds... From my notes: loose boosters, throttle lever, and primary throttle plate screws... all tightened/fixed. Drilling breakout into throttle bore, fixed and smoothed with epoxy.... Adjustable primary PVCRs and IFRs... All new cup plugs installed after modifications and cleaning... Adjustable primary idle air bleeds installed... Reassembled and adjusted, and the owner happy with it's new crisp good function, power and fuel efficiency-wise.
